    • For order over €99, we offer free shipping via a door-to-door courier company.  
    • We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands for customers within Europe.

  • FLAT RATE SHIPPING

    • Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours on business day using a door-to-door courier company.
    • €10 flat rate shipping fee applies to orders under €99 shipping within European countries. 

  • SPECIAL ORDERS

    • At this time, we are offering limited selection and quantity in the Europe market.
    • If you would like to purchase anything outside of the European range, please visit our main website blueribbon-toys.com
    • We offer flat rate shipping from Thailand to the rest of the world.

EXCHANGE POLICIES

  • RETURN

    • You may return the items you purchased if the defect is from our production process. Your refund will be in store credit of the same value as the purchasing price including returning shipping cost.
    • If you are not fully satisfy with the products, returned items shipping cost will be at your own cost.
    • The store credit can only be used in web shop.
    • Return can be made within 7 days after you receive the product. The returned item must be in its original packaging and has not been used.
    • To return please contact hello@blueribbon-toys.com and make sure to send us a copy of your receipt or proof of payment and reasons for your return.

  • EXCHANGE

    • If you are not fully satisfy with the products, you can exchange to a new one or select other items from our shop. Subject to availability.
    • Exchange can be made within 7 days after you receive the product. The exchanged item must be in its original packaging and has not been used.
